The thematic sections of the competitions are the following:

- Media – Entertainment – Gaming
Those interested have the opportunity to submit their proposals in the period from May 20 to June 8, on the website of the Program www.xrcosmos.gr. The proposals will consist of a presentation, which will include the summary of the idea and the proposed virtual or augmented reality solution, the issue being addressed or the problem being resolved. The details for the conduct of the competitions, the terms and conditions are posted on the website of the Program www.xrcosmos.gr.

The evaluation of the proposals will take place during the XR Week which will take place from 14 to 17 June. XR Week will be the focus of the Foundation’s innovation activities, through a series of events aimed at promoting and developing innovation. The actions include the Innovation Festival where the five winners of the first Innovation Competition will be given the opportunity to present their solutions, while at the same time there will be a series of educational activities, round table discussions and presentations from the institutional and business ecosystem.
The XRCosmos Program is implemented by the Center for Research, Development and Excellence of the Foundation and is framed by a comprehensive range of initiatives, such as collaboration with international fora and Organizations, as well as liaison with international Research Institutions and Institutions in the US and Europe. The aim of the competitions is to develop technological solutions for the needs of important pillars of social and economic activity.
